Restoring the forests…
When I got the call from Tuolumne River Trust about a potential collaboration on an upcoming project, I was beyond excited. Having witnessed the destructiveness of the Rim Fire in 2013, it was encouraging to show the efforts being pursued by different agencies. I remember a few days of shooting both volunteer and professional tree-planting crews and being impressed by the enthusiasm and professionalism of both groups when it came to planting the seedlings. I’m happy that the finished product encapsulates the same hope and optimism that everyone went into coordinating this project.
